The company was wonderful as far as ordering and delivery but the boot itself is a huge disappointment. I’ve only had them for a couple weeks and only worn them a couple times and the zipper has given me nothing but grief and broke off in my hand while trying to do them up today. I’ve already owned a pair of these boots and I searched the net to find them again because my first pair was so wonderful. This new pair has a much harder sole and an interior flap of leather along the bottom of the zipper which my first pair didn’t….plus a defective zipper! Hopefully I can return them. I Hate on line shopping for this reason. It was too good to be true, finding them on line, only to be defective.
