Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy as of January 1, 2025:
*Online orders are normally processed and shipped within 3 business days. Please ensure your physical and mailing address is correct at checkout as we are unable to make changes to this once the package has been shipped.
*We ship via Canada Post, UPS, and Purolator to Canada and the US.  If you have a courier preference, please leave us a message in the "Notes" section of your order, and we will do our best to accomodate it when possible. You will receive updated tracking information when the order is shipped from our warehouse in Gimli, Manitoba, Canada.
*We offer free Canada-Wide shipping over $100, and $9.95 flat-rate shipping for orders under $100 in Canada.  All US orders will have a flat rate of $19.95 CAD shipping.  Note that all US orders are Final Sale, as we do not accept international returns.
*We do our best to keep our online inventory accurate at all times;  however, item availability is not guaranteed until verified from physical inventory.  If an item that you purchased is sold out, we will reach out via email or phone to provide alternative options or offer a refund to your original payment method.  In rare cases, we may be momentarily sold out of your item and have to re-order from our supplier.  In that event, we will contact you directly to advise the slight delay in shipping and update the expected delivery date.  We strive to fill almost all orders from inventory on-hand, and thank you for understanding in the case of a stock-out.
*We offer both In-Store Pickup and Shipping.  If you place an online order for In-Store Pickup, you will receive a Pick-up Notification via email when your order is ready for pick-up at our physical location at 76 Centre Street in Gimli, Manitoba. 
*If you wish to return an online order, please send us an email with your order number to info@johnsonsfashion.com.  We will respond with an RA number and at that time, you can send back by a courier of your choice.  Please note that any shipping fees you incur to ship the item back are your responsibility;  however, we will refund initial shipping costs if applicable.
